Terms
Last updated 19 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Maria website and to reservations made through it. By booking a table or using this site, you agree to them.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Please arrive within fifteen minutes of your booking time; we will do our best to hold your table, but after this we may need to offer it to other guests. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can — every confirmation and reminder email includes a link to cancel your booking, which releases the table for someone else. For larger parties or special occasions we may contact you to confirm details.
Using this website
The content of this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Maria and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We try to keep all information — including menus and prices — accurate and up to date, but it may change, and dishes are subject to availability.
Liability
We provide this website on a reasonable-efforts basis and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
